Primal Strength and Conditioning  is a programming modality coached by Kelsey Hochgraber.  With a focus on technique and intensity Coach Hochgraber brings her extensive knowledge of Olympic Lifting and combines it with other functional training modalities for an overall well-balanced program scaled for the beginner and challenging enough for the elite athlete.
