What We Do?


Strength and Conditioning classes are coached by Ron Reger.  Ron uses his extensive knowledge of Kettlebell, Core Conditioning and Plyometric Conditioning for athletic development for any sport.  Ron focuses intently on form and function as the basis for developing athleticism with intensity in mind.  Learn the form, go a little faster and add more to the load.  The end result is maximum load and capacity.
