Ron Reger is certified through the "Art of Strength" program for Kettlebell Essentials instruction. He holds a L1 Sport Performance Coach certification with USA Weightlifting as well as a Certificate of Completion in the Level 1 Training with CrossFit, Inc. He holds rank in the martial arts discipline of Tae Kwon Do and a Brown Belt with instructor certification in Krav Maga.
Jimmy Heysquierdo is certified through the FitTour Group Fitness program. He has an extensive coaching background with coaching youth group sports. He is skilled with personal strength and metabolic development of athletes. We affectionately call him "The Whistle".
Kelsey Hochgraber brings a strong skill-set to our Olympic Lifting and Functional Strength Training Programming. She has attended Russian Olympiad weight lifting seminars, received her Certificate of Completion in the Level 1 Training with CrossFit, Inc and personally strives towards advancement in her own strength goals. She is a strong believer of personal virtuosity and integrity in her own training and expects the same of her athletes.
Zakk Spraggins is certified through the FitTour Group Fitness program and has a strong background and understanding of Olympic Weightlifting movements and programming. His personal journey with nutrition and mobility are a valuable resource for our programs.
